I was honored to serve as a guest speaker at the Mebane Business Association meeting in August 2024, where I spoke about how to pilot your brand with business storytelling. It takes work to develop your business storytelling “muscle,” but it’s worth it. Research shows people spend more on products when they are associated with a story because this type of storytelling generates customer loyalty and trust.
